This package is for those beginning their journey with me.
It includes a comprehensive intake session (2.5 hours), two follow-up sessions (2 × 1 hour), a 30-minute Case Review, and any recommendations. You'll receive detailed instructions with everything you need to move forward.
Our follow-up sessions are used to evaluate your response, assess progress, answer questions, fine-tune recommendations, and make sure that you are moving in the direction most consistent with the benchmarks of the trajectory of healing. Follow-up sessions are generally spaced out 3 weeks apart with this introductory package, and it expires after 4 months.
This package also includes communication via secure portal for brief check-ins between sessions.

How should I prepare for my first consultation?
Once you book, I’ll send you an intake form that asks about your health history, current concerns, medications, and past treatments. Please complete this at least 48 hours before your appointment so I can review it thoughtfully in advance.
Are remedies included in the price of the session?
No. Remedies are recommended individually and may be ordered through a homeopathic pharmacy, Fullscript, or provided locally. I’ll offer guidance on sourcing what you need.
What happens after the first appointment?
You’ll receive a customized plan with remedy instructions, along with access to a secure portal where you can ask questions and track your progress. Follow-up sessions are spaced based on your response and needs.
Can you help if I’ve tried everything and still don’t feel better?
